Honda released a teaser video for 2015 Civic Type R

After looking at this short clip we understand how determined Honda is to enable the 2015 Civic Type R to become the fastest front-wheel drive on the Nürburgring. It will have to take down the 8m 7.97s record established by the Renault Megane RS Trophy in June 2011.
The Japanese marque has promised to disclose more information about the car in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Based on what we know so far, output will be of at least 265 bhp (198 kW) but Honda's engineers are doing their best to hit the 300 bhp (224 kW) mark. This output will be available most likely thanks to a turbocharged 2.0-liter gasoline mill. Some of the technology implemented in the car will be derived from the Civic WTCC racer.
With production commencing sometime in 2015, we won't be surprised if Honda will show a concept next year.
